Is a last minute change to my reservation allowed?

We are so excited you are joining us for your ride! When you get to the confirmation email please take a minute to read through your ride description. If there are any last minute changes to your reservation we weed a notice before 24 hours of the schedule pick up time.

What is the maximum deadline to make reservation?

We provide you with a driver at any time on most days of the week, so please call us if you need an ad-hoc service on short notice. Same day and unscheduled services may be arranged by calling us directly. For best results, we recommend that you call at least 2 hours in advance.

Can the driver come into my building to pick up my luggage and bring it out to the car?

Our driver will assist with your luggage from the front of your building to your car.

What are the passenger and luggage capacities of the various vehicles?

The Sedan and Luxury Sedan allows a maximum of 3 passengers and 3 pieces of standard size luggage. The minivan can take up to 5 passengers and 5 luggages. The SUV allaows a maximum of 6 passengers and 6 pieces of Standard size luggage. By letting you take advantage of group travel,it can save you money!

Will I get a call when my car arrives?

Due to customer privacy, we are unable to update you on the exact location of your driver. If you require more information, please contact us at 844-212-7463

What is the maximum deadline to cancel reservation?

Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we suggest you do so at least 24 hours in advance for pickups in NYC 5 Boroughs, including Airports. Cancellations made after these time-frames may be subjected to fees.
