Q: Can I pay for someone else's booking using my credit card?

A. For credit card not present transaction you need to send us credit card charge authorization with clear images of both sides of your credit card. Click here to print the charge authorization form.

Q. Are you charging extra if my flight will be delayed?

A. We don’t charge extra if your flight arrival time will change. We are monitoring all flights for arrival time change and we will update your reservation pickup time accordingly.

Q. When does waiting time charge apply for pickup at the airport?

A. After 30 minutes of arrival for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international flights.

Q: Does we provide worldwide services?

A. Yes we provide transportation services worldwide.

Q: When will you charge my credit card?

A. We take an authorization on the card to guarantee fund availability 24 to 48 hours prior to your trip; it will show as a "Pending transaction" on your credit card statement when viewed on-line

Q. What is Meet and Greet?

A. Meet & Greet is when the driver parks the car and meets you inside the airport with a sign, and assists you with your luggage to the vehicle

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: To get a free cancellation, you need submit it 24 hours prior the pickup time. Beyond that time there won't be any refund.
